There are two trainings planned during the program. The first summer training is in line with the regular management programs. The second training Bottom of Pyramid Project (BOPP) is unique to BULMIM and is directed towards the rural, semi-urban and other unorganised sectors of India . The students would undergo a week long workshop before each training to maximize on-the-field learning.

The first workshop, prior to the summer training would comprise of research methodology, integrated approach to business management, behavioral and disciplinary issues. The second workshop preceding the rural training will cover various aspects of rural economy like rural finance, rural marketing, decision making in rural setting etc.
