Norms adopted for calling the candidates for Group Discussion/Personal Interview. (It has to be strictly in order of merit.)

Attributes for evaluation in GD/Interview.

Criteria for GD include

  • Leadership & Initiative,
  • Content,
  • Expression ,
  • Team Player,
  • Overall Impression.

    Each of the above listed criteria evaluated during group discussion is assigned 20 points – total GD marks = 100
