ARUN TYAGI
Ph.D., MHRD, LLB. has fourteen years of experience in education and HR Functions. Conducted numerous workshops titled ‘Stress Management’, ‘Effective communication’, ‘Time Management’ and ‘Organising One-Self’. His areas of interest are Occupational Stress, Training & Management Development and Labour Laws.
ANU DANDONA
PhD in Psychology, M.A (Psychology), DOEACC ‘A’ Level, PGDCA and Pursuing PGDHRM. Her areas of interest are HR and IT. She has presented various research papers in national and international conferences/seminars. Her various research papers are published in prestigious national and international journals and also contributed in book writing.
CHHAVI MEHTA
Ph.D., PGDBM (Finance) has almost fifteen years of experience in Educational, Equity Research and Stock Market Operations, conducted Management Development Programmes for Executives. Her areas of interest are Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, Investment Management, Corporate Valuation and Financial Services.
KANIKA GANDHI
M.Phil. (OR) M.Sc. (OR), Pursuing Ph.D. from Dept. of Operations Research, Delhi University, has five years experience in education. Her areas of interest are Quantitative Techniques, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Software Reliability and Business Research Methods.
KHAGENDRA NATH GANGAI
MA Applied Psychology, UGC NET qualified, (pursuing Ph.D) has six years of experience in education: behavioural training, research & teaching. Also has experience in the field of yoga & meditation, counseling & psychotherapy. Areas of interest include O B, Industrial Psychology, and Training & Development.
KIRTI DUTTA
Ph.D., MBA, has a rich experience of eighteen years in the academia and industry. Her research is in area of services marketing, e-business, Brand Management, strategic marketing etc. She has a number of International and national publications in referred journals. She has written textbook: Services: Marketing, Operations and Management and collaborated internationally on a number of projects and is also on the review board of a number of international journals.
LOKANATH MISHRA
Ph.D in Finance with professional qualifications in Management, Banking, Financial Services, Cost and Management Accounting. He has more than 3 decades of rich and varied experience at top and senior executive levels in Indian Financial Sector. He has a number of publications in referred journals and wide ranging experience in the field of executive training as well as management consultancy.
NEHA TOMAR SINGH
PhD in Economics, MA- Economics, B.com, and PGDM . Has 4 years of teaching and research experience and attended various seminals. Her area of interest - Economics, HR& Marketing.
NIDHI SAHORE

MBA, UGC NET Qualified, B.I.M, has more than three years of experience in education and six months experience in Finance industry. She has worked as an ISO coordinator in previous institute. She has presented research papers in various national conferences. Her areas of interest are Financial management, Security analysis and investment management and Forex Market.

M. Tech CSE, MCA, has eight years experience in Field of Information Technology & Systems. Areas of interest are Data Communications & Computer Networks, Networks security and Database Management Systems, MIS, E Business, Cyber Law, Cloud Computing, Wireless Mobile Communications.
RATTAN SHARMA
Ph.D. (Finance), currently Professor and Director of the Institute. Was till recently Director of the Center for Family Managed Businesses, S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai (one of the top tem business schools in the country and pioneer of FMB program). Formerly associated with institutions like IIM Lucknow, MDI-Gurgaon and ASCI-Hyderabad. And at present actively exploring various issues facing the Family Business in India.

MBA (HR), UGC-NET qualified, (pursuing Ph.D) has eight years of experience in teaching as well as corporates. Her area of interest includes HR, OB and Stress Management. Has proven record in training and placement of students with top notch corporates. Has participated and organised various seminars and conferences at national and international level.

BE, PGDIT, One Year Programme for Management in Agriculture IIM-A has over 35 years of industry experience and was Chief Faculty (Principal) at Central Staff College of Punjab National Bank. Has worked in various managerial and executive capacities of this Bank. He has also served as Professor and HoD in Management Department of Jaipur Engineering College at Jaipur.

MCA, has six years of experience in education and database management. His areas of interest are Database Management System, E-Business, IT for managers, Data communication and Networking. Management Information System, Data warehousing & Data mining.
SUSHIL KUMAR
M.Sc in Operational Research from Delhi University. He has very rich academic background and wide experience in teaching, training, research and consultancy across different industries and sectors. Earlier to this, he worked as Professor in Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi. His academic interests are in: Quantitative Techniques, Operations Research, Operational Management etc. He has written widely on international trade and business and presented papers in national and internal conferences.
