Prof. Sudhir Naib joined BULMIM on 16 Sep 2013 and till 10 July 2015 he was the Director. Besides attending Executive Trainings at LBS National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie; ASCI, Hyderabad; IIM, Bangalore; IIM, Ahmedabad; IIM Calcutta; and XLRI, he also underwent 13 weeks course on ‘Financial Planning & Management’ in Government at Stratclyde Business School , Glasgow, UK.

Prof Naib joined Allied Services of Union Government through IAS Combined Civil Services Examination.  He has been active in academics and is a National Resource in Training of Trainers accredited by the Department of Personnel & Training, Government of India.  He has conducted number of Training of Trainers Programme, Management Development Programme, and Faculty Development Programme all over the country including that of senior IAS and IPS officers.  He has taught as Visiting Professor in FMS, University of Delhi ; and MDI, Gurgaon.  He was invited by FHV Voralberg, a State University in Austria to teach a course “Interventions and Consulting in Organisations”, which he taught in April 2016. Prof. Naib has reviewed academic manuscripts for publishing by Oxford University Press.
